I originally created these posts as homage to the Onion, which I still regard as one of the premier sources of satire within the United States, if not the world. T. Herman Zweibel was the erstwhile editor and owner of the fictitious newspaper, a Victorian to the core, with prejudice, senility and a sense of entitlement belonging to another age. I penned many of these during class through my freshman year in college (which, to my dismay, was almost 8 years ago).
The real, and still the best, T. Herman can be found at:http://www.theonion.com/content/columnists/view/zweibel
